Fulfillment Policy

By signing up for a class or recurring membership with Amanda Dillon Art, LLC, which includes Mettle Modern Design, Deep South Shelling, Amanda Dillon Art, and all associated social media pages, groups, apps, and websites, you agree to the following:

Classes and Memberships are provided immediate access in the portal, unless a presale situation is expressly stated. You will have access to classes through a library and password protected portal. You will receive emails with instructions on how to access information, and any other pertinent information.

You will have access to membership courses and groups as long as you are an active paying member.

Memberships carry recurring charges which will occur each month on the anniversary of your sign up. 

If your payment lapses, you will have three days to correct the payment error before the system cancels your access. At that time, you can re-enroll at the current stated rate.

Members are locked in at the rate at which they join, for the duration of the membership. 

Some courses include access for a year, some are lifetime, and some have specific timing guidelines. All information is expressly stated in the offer page at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

As this is a digital based product, no refunds are given. No partial refunds are given on yearly memberships. 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel by providing written notice to [email protected] at least three days in advance of your next payment.

You agree to these terms by providing payment.
